Meet Andy Goodman
Andy Goodman is the founder of Goodman Consulting Associates, offering 29 years of expertise in executive search, sales recruitment, professional services recruiting, and organizational development since 1997. Andy was a partner and VP for a dedicated sales recruiting firm prior to starting Goodman Consulting in 2016. His approach combines industry expertise with a genuine commitment to understanding each client’s unique business culture and growth objectives.
Before founding Goodman Consulting Associates, Andy built his career understanding what separates good performers from great ones. That insight drives everything at Goodman Consulting Associates, from initial candidate assessment to final placement and beyond.
Andy graduated from Kent State University in 1995. Formerly a college baseball player whose athletic career was interrupted by injury, he subsequently applied his dedication and pursuit of excellence to business. His first professional role after graduation was in the sales department for the Cleveland Cavaliers & sold IT services and equipment before joining a recruiting firm as a partner in 1997.

Rick Wolfe is a seasoned growth leader and talent strategist with over two decades of experience driving scalable revenue, building high-performing teams, and elevating client success across the insurance, consulting, and talent solutions industries. His approach combines strategic vision with a people-first mindset, aligning sales, marketing, and delivery to create predictable growth while fostering environments where talent thrives.
Currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Goodman Consulting Associates, Rick leads revenue strategy and organizational development with the same dedication that has defined his career. From launching Broker Sales organizations at Pacific Life to overseeing vast territories as Regional Vice President at Aflac, and building large group sales teams at Marsh & McLennan Companies and MetLife, Rick has consistently championed both organizational expansion and individual development.
A graduate of the University of South Carolina’s Darla Moore School of Business, his passion for discovering potential and creating exceptional client experiences drives everything he does, from initial strategic assessment to long-term partnership development.
