No. Our services are provided to candidates at no cost. We’re compensated by the hiring companies.

Never. We maintain strict confidentiality and only share your information with specific companies with your explicit approval. Your current employer will never know you’re exploring opportunities unless you tell them.
What if I'm not actively looking but open to the right opportunity?
That describes many of our most successful placements. We welcome conversations with professionals who are open to learning about opportunities that might represent a significant career advancement. Submit your resume and indicate you’re passively exploring.
How long does the process take?
Timeline varies by opportunity, but most processes move from initial conversation to offer within 3-6 weeks. We work efficiently while ensuring thorough evaluation on both sides. Some opportunities move faster; complex executive roles may take longer.
Do you work with candidates at all experience levels?

We primarily focus on experienced business professionals, experienced industry leaders, sales professionals, sales leaders, and executives. Entry-level positions typically don’t utilize recruiting firms. Generally, we work with candidates who have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience. We seek individuals with a proven track record of success, including strategic career moves.

What should I expect after submitting my resume?

We review every submission. If your background aligns with current opportunities, we’ll reach out within 5-7 business days to schedule an exploratory conversation. If we don’t have an immediate match, we’ll keep your information on file and contact you when relevant opportunities arise. We cannot return solicitations or inquiries via phone calls or email due to the sheer volume of people we are working with at any given time.
